Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of experience in related field or equivalent combination.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, client relationship management, corporate relations, account coordination, program coordination, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market strategy for Executive Education growth; identify, research, qualify, and close prospective partners.
• Maintain and update pipeline, client records, outreach activity in CRM; support forecasting and follow-up.
• Participate in discovery and scoping conversations; document client needs, challenges, timelines, and decision criteria.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up communications with Senior Business Development Director and teams.
• Coordinate internal handoffs from business development to program delivery, documenting requirements and timelines.
• Support client relationship stewardship through regular follow-up and renewal or expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market and client research to inform outreach priorities and partnership opportunities.
• Develop understanding of ASU/Executive Education offerings and deliverables.
• Assist with tracking and reporting business development activity, pipeline status, and financial information.
• Represent Executive Education professionally in meetings and events.
