Job summary

Westfield State University is seeking a College Case Manager in the Enrollment Management department to support graduate and undergraduate students facing personal or academic challenges. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least four years of professional experience, with strong crisis intervention and collaboration skills.

The position is grant-funded and on-campus, with a Monday–Friday schedule, some evenings/weekends, and a salary in the commensurate range depending

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with four years of professional experience with college students.
• Commitment to multicultural, diversity, and LGBTQ+ issues.
• Experience with strategizing, planning, and delivering communications.
• Familiarity with college student learning and development theories.
• Knowledge of student support programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with the Dean of Students and various university departments.
• Develop programs to enhance student life and well-being.
• Staff and students outside regular hours for events and critical times.
• Advise faculty, staff, students, and families in complex problem solving and crisis situations.
• Collaborate with Residence Life, Counseling Center, Health Center, and other offices on case management.
