Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Human Services, Higher Education, Counseling Divinity, or related field and two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with groups and in a team environment.
• Ability to assess information for case management and care outreach.
• Ability to protect sensitive information and comply with privacy restrictions.
• Knowledge of campus resources and regulations (Title II, III, IX; FERPA; HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for students, staff, and faculty in personal, medical, or mental health crises.
• Act as primary contact for the WFU community regarding caring outreach and case management coordination.
• Maintain sensitive case notes and document weekly meetings and daily activities in electronic records.
• Collaborate with campus partners to achieve case management goals and support CARE Team activities.
