Responsibilities

• Provide student support and advocacy to improve retention and success.
• Serve as a resource to students, faculty, staff, and families; interpret policies; make referrals.
• Assist distressed students and coordinate campus resources across partners.
• Lead and participate in on-call rotations to respond to crises and incidents.
