Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 2+ years in higher education preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of crisis response, case management, and confidentiality practices (FERPA/HIPAA) preferred.
• Experience with Maxient or similar software and Banner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case manager for high-risk students and triage initial reports.
• Provide one-on-one case management for students with complex medical or personal concerns.
• Maintain case notes per university policy and privacy laws (FERPA, HIPAA).
• Coordinate non-clinical care and referrals to campus and community resources.
• Contribute to CARE team activities and staff training on culturally relevant topics.
