The role directs staff in billing, cash handling, and debt collection, coordinates Jenzabar-based accounts receivable processes, and collaborates across financial aid, records, and registration to optimize tuition and fee management for the academic year.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in financial operations.
• Experience with student billing and debt collection.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Direct staff in student billing, loan collections, and cash handling.
• Manage Accounts Receivable in Jenzabar and maintain charge tables.
• Oversee book voucher issuance, reconciliation, and tuition/fee schedules.
• Develop policies to improve efficiency in Bursar operations.
• Counsel university staff on accounts receivable matters.
• Coordinate university registration activities and payment deadlines.
