• Support branch growth by developing customer relationships.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Present features and benefits of bank products to customers.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
• May assist other branch locations as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Must wear a name tag displaying name and title.
• Must have a mobile phone for multifactor authentication.
