Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Process teller transactions quickly with minimal errors per bank policy.
• Cross-sell products and services and refer to other staff or departments as needed.
• Demonstrate basic product knowledge and handle customer inquiries.
• Organize and set up workstation, including opening procedures and supplies.
• Verify transactions and balance cash drawer to UniBank Teller Standards.
• Perform clerical duties including transaction documentation and night drop work.
• Assist ATM Custodian with cash replenishment, ATM proof, and maintenance.
• Participate in community and networking events.
• Comply with on-site operational controls, security policies and applicable regulations.
