• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan decision criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers; refer product solutions as appropriate.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC processes and help identify fraud.
• Log and resolve customer complaints and overdrafts.
• Complete branch operations and document interactions with customers.
