The position offers full-time hours in a retail branch, with opportunities to cross-sell products and support customers with deposits, loans, and services. Employee benefits begin from the start of the month following hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of teller or similar level of customer contact experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and provide excellent customer service.
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
• Able to work extended or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous customer service and perform a variety of transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments; cash checks; redeem U.S. Savings Bonds.
• Balance transactions and cash; assist with branch settlement and audits.
• Identify and follow up on customer sales opportunities; refer to appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and other regulatory guidelines; maintain logs and records.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and assist customers with loan payoffs as needed.
