Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify opportunities for branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advance product knowledge to serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies and stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
