Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and handle time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• Must be able to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branches or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in community bank leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Assist with branch demands and accommodate temporary staffing needs.
