Job summary

Truist seeks a Universal Banker to provide timely, accurate client transactions and high-quality service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound calling, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management efforts.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive client experience, cross-training across sales and service, and supporting branch demands, including weekends and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
