Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling transactions, and identifying needs.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge and service.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
