Job summary

You will guide client interactions, promote digital banking tools, and assist with new account processes across branches. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, at least two years in teller/customer service, and willingness to travel for scheduling needs. Weekend or extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking channels and self-service tools.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in retail leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to policies, controls and risk management procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
