Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service experience.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities and referring to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients’ needs.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance product knowledge by attending training and meetings to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
