Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States seeks a Universal Banker to deliver superb client service, process transactions, and understand client financial needs. You will be cross-trained to support sales and outbound calling while assisting Integrated Relationship Management activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong communication to provide a consistent customer experience across branches and digital channels.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience while handling complex and standard transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
Support sales process through outbound calls and referrals to branch team.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management guidelines.
Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
