Qualifications

• Background/credit check required; comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Open checking, savings and other deposit accounts, and promote bank products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Cross-sell and referrals to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Resolve client inquiries and ensure timely, accurate account updates.
