Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a service-oriented teller to process daily transactions, open accounts, and deepen client relationships. You will support lobby and platform needs, cross-sell products, and participate in outbound prospecting to meet center goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork within a retail banking environment. Prior teller experience is preferred and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Background/credit check required; compliance with SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions, deposits, currency/coin handling, and check cashing.
• Open checking/savings accounts and provide deposit product services.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to partners to deepen relationships.
• Make outbound calls to clients/prospects and support campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to appropriate staff.
