• Background/credit check required and compliance with SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and handle deposits, currency, cashing checks.
• Open checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Respond to client inquiries about account status and resolve issues.
