Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to keep client wait times down and ensure quality service.
• Process deposits, currency handling, coin handling, and check cashing; open accounts as needed.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Make outbound calls to clients/prospects during campaigns and for follow-ups.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries about account status and issues.
