Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times.
• Open checking and savings accounts and other deposit products.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve account issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal controls.
