Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Substitute with an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and deliver quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts (savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen relationships.
• Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
