Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Universal Banker in Roanoke, VA to deliver exceptional client service and accurate transaction handling. You will educate clients on online and mobile banking options and support sales through outreach and referral to branch teams.

The role emphasizes IRM delivery, adherence to controls, and participation in bank routines and training. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through transactions and advice.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online & Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
