Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in Charlottesville, VA to deliver exceptional client service, handle transactions, and educate customers on digital banking tools. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
Educate clients on ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to improve service experience.
Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams or specialists.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
Pursue ongoing product knowledge through meetings and training.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
