Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide timely client transactions and accurate records while learning to upsell and support IRM activities. You will guide clients through digital channels and ensure a superior service experience.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship-building, and adherence to internal controls; weekend hours and some travel may be required based on branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience while handling transactions and uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain awareness of policies, controls and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
