Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC keyboard and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
