Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years relevant experience.
• May require vocational or technical training.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time & lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process routine banking transactions at teller window or on the platform under minimal supervision.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex customer issues.
• Support branch teams to meet performance expectations and coach staff.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements and monitor controls.
