Truist in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Associate to provide timely client transactions, accurate records, and effective service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities while adhering to controls and branch routines.

The role requires a high school diploma, teller or cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and executing complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs to refer to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and risk controls and ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload per branch needs.
