Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and help with complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach calls and identifying client needs or referring to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and continuous product knowledge trainings.
