Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker in Maryland to provide timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping while delivering superior service. You will guide clients through digital banking options, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with PC software and branch systems.
• Ability to travel for staffing needs and occasional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate client transactions with quality service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and outbound outreach.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in branch routines and training activities.
• Adhere to controls and policy guidelines.
• Assist with new accounts and issue resolution as needed.
