Job summary

Truist in Fallston, MD is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide timely client service, process transactions accurately, and build relationships with customers while handling cash.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management, collaborating with branch teams to meet customer needs. Regular shifts with weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including weekends and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and continue product knowledge training.
