Job summary

Truist is hiring a Universal Banker to provide timely and efficient client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. You will deliver superior service, identify financial needs, and support sales and IRM efforts.

The role involves educating clients on digital banking options, outbound outreach, and collaboration with branch teams to meet client needs. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
