Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Regular full-time Client Service Teller in the United States, North Carolina, Lexington area to provide timely completion of client transactions and accurate record-keeping while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital tools and support the sales process to meet financial needs.

This role requires weekend hours and potential travel as needed. Expect a collaborative banking environment with strong emphasis on IRM, compliance, and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by identifying client needs or opportunities and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for serving clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
