Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation while handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support the team sales process by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Leadership routines and training.
• Commit to product knowledge to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
