Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/service associate in Kentucky to deliver timely client transactions with accuracy and a high-quality service standard. You will identify client financial needs while educating customers on digital banking options and supporting outbound calling efforts and IRM activities.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and weekend availability, with opportunities to grow within Truist Retail Community Bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
