Job summary

Truist Wealth in Durham, NC is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to handle client transactions and deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support the sales process, and collaborate with branch teams to meet needs.

The role requires 2 years of teller or cash handling experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and maintain product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
