Job summary

First Horizon Corp. in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a customer-focused Teller to provide both teller and platform support, processing deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while delivering quality service to clients.

You will identify client needs through consultative conversations, cross-sell banking products, assist with loan applications, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. This is a full-time position based in an office setting in Winston-Salem.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1 year teller experience preferred.
Ability to perform routine financial transactions and provide customer service.
Experience with cross-selling and identifying client needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend products and services.
Open and process new deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
