Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is looking for a Teller to provide both teller and platform support, handling deposits, opening accounts, and offering related services. You will identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.

Open new accounts, cross-sell, and conduct outreach during campaigns. You will assist with loan applications and ensure compliance with bank regulations while delivering excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell and refer to bank partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts (savings, CDs, IRAs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and stay compliant.
• Assist with daily operations and audit controls; stay updated on guidelines.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
