Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Universal Banker for the United States (1st shift). The role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, educating on digital banking, and supporting outbound client outreach.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years in teller or client service roles, and strong interpersonal skills. Regular training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
