Job summary

Truist Financial is hiring for a Part Time Universal Banker in the United States. You will deliver a high-quality client experience, process complex and standard transactions, and identify client needs while supporting IRM initiatives.

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and help with sales opportunities. Weekend/extended hours can be required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
