Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and varied transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls, identifying client needs and referring to specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge by attending training and product knowledge sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
