Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker in the United States. The role focuses on providing timely, accurate client service, managing transactions, and understanding client financial needs.

You'll educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support IRM initiatives while maintaining compliance with policies and branch procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level; handle complex and standard transactions with guidance.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities; refer to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
