Qualifikationen

• High School Education or GED required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Must have computer skills, ability to type, good communication, time management and customer-focused skills.
• Strong reading, writing, and following oral and written commands.
• Ability to lift and handle unit supplies up to 30 pounds.

• Perform unit secretary functions under unit management in line with hospital policies.
• Manage calls, schedules, data entry and charting to support patient flow.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and notify RN of pertinent data.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and bed control coordination.
• Maintain organized workspace, keep supplies and equipment retrievable.
