Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• One year of inpatient unit secretary experience preferred.
• Experience in reading and transcribing medical orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
• Accurately transcribe medical orders and distribute them.
• Act as a resource for patients, families, and visitors.
• Coordinate unit operations to optimize patient care.
• Schedule tests, appointments, and transportation.
• Serve as a liaison for inquiries.
