Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager to oversee resident health, support families, and coordinate care in a long-term care setting.

The role requires an ASN/PN or higher and active RN/LPN licensure in the state of practice, with at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care. Join a team dedicated to growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
