Job summary

Raleigh Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents. You will coordinate health services, mentor staff, and serve as a key liaison with families and medical teams.

The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach. A valid RN or LPN license and an ADN or higher are required, with 1+ year in sub-acute or long-term care preferred. On-site facility with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Clear and active RN or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• 1+ years nursing experience; Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
