Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an RN Unit Manager for a full-time role in Florida. You will oversee resident health, coordinate with families, and act as a primary liaison with staff and management to ensure quality care.

The position requires an ASN or Nursing Diploma with active RN/LPN licensure in the state, and 1+ year of nursing experience, preferably in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care environments.

Qualifications

• ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma or higher is required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• 1+ years nursing experience; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.

Education
