Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing staff and coordinate resident care in a sub-acute/long-term setting.

You will maintain health, serve as primary contact for residents and families, address concerns promptly, and ensure compliance with standards while mentoring staff. Requires ASN or higher, and active RN/LPN license in NC; 1+ year LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or PN nursing qualification required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in NC.
• 1+ year nursing experience; LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore health of resident patients.
• Act as main point of contact between residents and families.
• Address and prevent concerns from family members.

Responsibilities Of An RN Unit Manager

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
