Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager in Orlando, Florida to lead nursing operations and ensure quality resident care. You will work with our leadership team to maintain clinical excellence, supervise staff, and coordinate care between residents, families, and the facility while upholding regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Of An RN Unit Manager

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
